Subject: Completion of at least Five (5) Courses on iGOT Karmayogi Portal by 30th November 2024
This is to reiterate the importance of onboarding all officials, including Gramin Dak Sevaks, onto the IGOT Karmayogi portal as part of our ongoing capacity-building efforts. You are already aware of the directives issued through the DO letter of even no. dated 20.06.2024 and DO letter No. Tr-13/4/2023–154/c Training-DOP dated 07.08.2023, emphasizing the need for timely registration and completion of mandatory courses.
2. Further, in line with the Ministry’s Capacity Building agenda, a new timeline has been set for completion of at least five courses by all officials who have not yet done so. Therefore, all staff members are now required to complete five courses on the iGOT Karmayogi portal by 30th November 2024.
3. It is requested that all field units closely monitor and encourage staff to complete their course requirements within this timeframe. A completion report detailing the compliance status should be submitted to the Training Division by 1st December 2024.
